This policy explains what data is handled when you use astrowithme.com (the “Site”) and buy Your 2027. The short version: no cookies, no trackers, and your birth details stay on your device.
There are no accounts, sign-up forms or newsletter forms on the Site. The Site does not use cookies, third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels.
The birth date, time and city you enter in the calculator — and the birth date you enter in the free Venus tool — are processed only in your browser, on your device. They are not sent to our server, not stored by us, and we can’t see them.
To know which pages and links work, the Site keeps an anonymous count of visits. For each visit it records only:
The counter does not store IP addresses, cookies, device identifiers or browser details, and it keeps only daily totals. To roughly count visitors per day, your browser saves the date of your last visit in its local storage, on your device; the only thing sent to us is a “first visit today” mark, with no identifier. None of this can be used to tell who you are.
If you arrived through a link with a UTM tag, that tag is also added to the checkout link so we can see which campaign led to a purchase. It contains no personal information.
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and reliability. We don’t use them to identify or track visitors.
Checkout happens on the page of our payment provider, Lava (lava.top). Lava processes your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card details. We receive your email address (and your name, if you entered it) and use it only to deliver your purchase, send messages about your order, and handle refunds. We don’t sell your personal information.
If you email us, we use your address and your message only to reply and help you, including with refunds. We don’t share them with third parties.
You can ask us what information about your order we have, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. Our payment provider may need to keep transaction records to meet its own legal obligations. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to correct your data, object to its use, and complain to your local data protection authority.
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page along with the date at the top.
